Charitable Donations
Refunds are granted only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
- Duplicate donations in error
- Incorrect fund/amount entry
Services & Programs
Refunds for workshops, sponsorships, or training are granted if:
- The service was not delivered
- Cancellation is made 72 hours in advance
Physical Goods
Items (like books) are eligible for refund if returned within 7 business days in original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
Refund Request Timeline
All requests must be initiated within this window from the transaction date.
Digital Products
Refunds for downloadable files are not issued once the download has been initiated, unless the file is defective.
Original Payment Mode
Refunds are processed back to the original method used (M-Pesa, Card, or Bank Transfer). Processing typically takes 7–14 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Donations exceeding 14 days
- Event tickets after the event date
- Gift cards and downloaded files
